The bath is where we relax and prepare for a full morning. Keeping your needs and style in mind, we will create an smooth and highly functional space to make you feel as amazing as Chef Ramsay and refreshed as a summer spritzer. I will help you create these spaces from floor to ceiling with beautiful tile, stone, cabinetry, appliances, plumbing and all the fixings’ to go with!

Custom Furnishings and Furniture Selection

Selecting custom furniture is both personal and time consuming. As a designer, I will work alongside my client to refurbish a piece of furniture or custom design a piece of your very own. This may be based on special needs or simply your rad style! Do you just need some new pieces to update your space? Whether you are more geared toward cozy or chic, together we will pick the perfect pieces to fill your home or office. I can use my resources for both custom or retail selections. Form does follow function in my design world, so not only will you feel you belong in the space, you will also be able to use it! I have access to vendors and fabricators to provide this specialty service. I will work alongside the fabricators to insure your furniture is both quality and made just right.

Staging, Accessories and Art

Let your space take the lead and be the star with simple staging and accessorizing! Do you need to taking an existing design or plan and simplify it for the use of photography, the sale of a home, parade of homes or for showrooms to best display art and merchandise? We can do just that!

Specialty Finishes

Time spent selecting flooring and finishes can take time and can be overwhelming! Who has time in this busy world to sift through it all! As a professional, I have the knowledge, access to vendors and relationships with fabricators outside of retail and therefore this specialized service will save you time and frees you from all the confusion! Finishes include (but not limited to) paint, faux finished, wall-coverings, counter-top material, tile, metal, wood paneling, vinyl, resin, and so many more!

Space Planning

A lot goes into the layout of a space (residential, commercial, hospitality or office design). We keep in mind code restriction, circulation and the clients needs/wants. Mapping out the space includes (but not limited to) wall/door locations, room sizes, furniture/ kitchen and specialty needs.

Window Coverings

Whether you want to manage sunlight, ensure privacy or have purely decorative purposes for window coverings, I’ve got you covered – literally! There are a lot of thins to consider in this area of interior design. From shades, blinds, drapes and more, let my professional advice and experience help.

Lighting

And then there was light! Lighting is a very important part of bringing your design together. Illuminating the amazing space to show off your amazing taste is oh so important. Whether the lighting needs be ambient, directional, reflected, up/ down lighting, decorative or general, I will help you see the light!

Project Management and Drafting

Organizing the communications, strategy, and organization techniques to control the working process throughout a design project can be daunting. Project management is the undertaking of the project execution. Accepting bids, managing sub-contractors, and corresponding with fabricators is part of what is necessary to complete a project from start to finish. Additionally, I provide drafting services using CAD, renderings, specifications and schedules to make sure all the project “i’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed. This service will help take some of the stress out of a re-model or new build so you can keep up the excitement of your new possibilities!
